4 miles. And it was hot on that sidewalk! My feet were blistered when I got home. I got a ride somewhere so I didn't wear my shoes. The driver had to leave me because of a minor emergency, and I didn't want to wait for him to come back so I walked. Big mistake

well I have never measured the distance but when I am holidaying with friends usually we go for long walks in just our bare feet, that can be anywhere between 1-6 miles usually around grassland or a beach.
occasionally I do go across town to visit friends in my bare feet, that is about 4 miles. All depends on the weather really.
I mean that I would drive instead of walk that distance but would still be barefoot.
The next longest would be from public transport (train or bus) to work about one mile.

Yes. My feet once hurt so bad from dress shoes that I walked home barefoot, at least 2 miles.

Many times! I'm not a distance hiker (I get bored with all-day hikes, most I've ever walked at one time is about ten miles, usually I stick to walks of about 7-8 miles) but I've done that barefoot plenty of times, on forest trails, paved roads and on holiday on rocky trails in Scotland. Since I'm always barefoot, my feet are fine with those distances!
