Should I pick up Joe Jerevicius?

He is a solid target, but unfortunately, the Browns are not playing the Bengals every week. He might be a decient pick up for a bye week backup, but I dont see him being much more. Edwards and Winslow are still the 1st and 2nd targets in the offense. Browns QB's have never been consistent, I guess it will take another week to tell if the Browns offense is going to be decient.
