In North Indian ocean,It is called cyclonic storm(34 to 47 Kts) and severe cyclonic storm(48 to 63 Kts.
In SW Indian ocean,it is called moderate tropical storm(34 to 47 Kts) and Severe tropical storm(48 to 63 Kts)
In NE pacific and N.Atlantic,tropical storm(34 to 55 Kts) and hurricane(56 to 63 Kts)
In NW pacific,tropical storm(34 to 55 Kts) and severe tropical storm(56 to 63 Kts)
and in Australia Tropical cyclone(34 to 63 Kts).
