"Suddenly Seymour" was my favorite but you need someone to sing Seymour's part.

If you're supposed to sing from that show specifically and you're a female auditioning for Audrey then sing Somewhere That's Green. If you're auditioning one of the Urchins I'd sing Little Shop of Horrors. That being said, usually you do not sing from the show you're auditioning for. You sing a song that's in your vocal range that shows similar qualities for the character that you want (sometimes by the same composer).
The best song I can think of for auditioning for Audrey that's not from Little Shop would be Adelaide's Lament from Guys and Dolls. I'm assuming this is high school? Usually it wouldn't be age appropriate for you to use this song, but character-wise I think it works. There's also "The RIght Finger of my Left Hand" from Redhead, "All For Laura" from The Woman in White, and actually song Disney stuff works because Audrey is a dreamer just like Belle, Cinderella & Ariel for that matter so their songs will work too. But for the voice... it's Adelaide for me.
As for the Urchins, I'd pick any upbeat 60's tune you like and go with that. Really, something like that will work here.

Well for one you could learn how to spell "Little Shops of Horror."
As far as songs go that really depends on the director (I'm assuming that this is for an audition). I know at my school it doesn't matter what song you use as long as it's under two minutes in length. I know people who sang "Happy Birthday" because it has a nice high note, or "Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star." Some directors prefer show tunes so maybe try something from "Thoroughly Modern Millie," "Annie," or any other musical would suffice. It really depends on your voice capablities. Do NOT perform anything from "Little Shop of Horrors" for an audition because you most likely will not get the part. Its considered a bit tacky to audition with a song from the musical your performing.

"Any part is a good part - so long as you SHINE, dah-ling!"
I hope you're going for an audition! Just remember that everyone will be looking to sing the show stoppers - "Dentist", "Suddenly Seymour" or "Skid Row". My advice would be to pick one of the less well known songs and sing it simply and well ("Somewhere That's Green" is nice). This is a stage play / musical where every song is a great song.
Remember to smile, be confident and try to be as natural (relaxed) as possible.
Have fun - I love this play!

Hello Honey. My favorite audition piece from LSH is "Somewhere that's Green." The others are mostly duets and trios or male songs. Have fun and break a leg!!!
