If I paid on the US Federal debt, $10.3 trillion would not last 5 minutes.

If I had one week to spend 10trillion, 293 billion, 847million, 565 thousand and 784 dollars, I would set up college funds for all 3 of my boys and all of my nieces & nephews. I would pay off my house, vehicles & any other bills that we have. I would set up a money market accounts for my mother, father & his lovely new bride, my brother & his wife and all of my in - laws. Especially for my drifter brother in law who hopes to make it big one day w/ his poems & music. I would set up my best friend for life so that she would never have any more money problems again. I would donate money to my father in laws church as well as a church we attended in NC. On some of the college funds that I would set up I would have stipulations to go along w/them because of the parents, especially my stepson. I know that I would spend some of the money on myself as well. For example, I would buy a whole new wardrobe for my whole family (husband, boys & myself), buy the cars that I've always wanted, buy the appliances & electronics that I really want in my house and last but not least, just renovate my house the way I really want & need it to be to resell it later. I want to renovate & resell my house so that when my husband's contract w/ the military is up we can just move back down to NC & not have to worry about anything. I also know that we would go on trips over to Europe to see all of the places that we want to see. It would be great to do all of that !!!!

I would share it with you of course :)
Besides the usual taking care of family and friends, I would really want to donate to charities that help people. Child Find is one of my favorites because they help find lost children and return them home. They also use most of the money for the intended cause rather than admin expenses.
I would find more charities like that, invest the money so it keeps generating more, and donate to them forevermore.

I'm hoping this amount is after taxes. First, I would pay off all my husband's credit card debts, then I would buy a mansion and a SUV. Some would go to our children's college fund and some would be given to my parents.
