do these two song sound the same ?

Hi , i watched fiddler on the roof abot two months ago and the song that tevye ( the father of the three girls) sings in the barn " if i were a rich man" Does 'nt it sound just like gwen stefani's " if i were a rich girl" except for a few words it sound the same to me does any on e agree ? Fiddler On The Roof is considered a classic, Heather. Gwen is trying to pay it respect with her song.
