I take the pill between 10-11 pm each day and if I happen to forget I ALWAYS take the missed pill as soon as I remember (often along with another that I have not missed) I have never missed more than 2 in a row and I have never not taken a pill at all (except the placebo types that you take while on your period. (again, the directions state to throw out the placebo pills if you miss one or two.)
