like the McCanns he is untouchable by virtue of the fact his lawyers will successfully argue that all the media attention has made convening a fair jury impossible.

All he needs is SOMEBODY (ANYBODY) to play the race card and case closed. HE WALKS AGAIN!

His luck has run out this time. Prosecutors wont miss the chance to clear up unifinished business. What happened before was a travesty of justice and he deserves his punishment.
