I stay far away from everyone or let me put it this way, they can see it on my face and I can clear a house with just one look, lmao.........not kidding either and my poor son is the first to see it, he actually keeps track of it on a calender to make plans lmao
kidding all aside, I do try and rest as I suffer from sever cramps and migraines so I sleep a lot If I can't sleep I stay quiet

aleve for cramps (it's a life saver, though i've heard good things about midol...)
hot showers are very pleasent
i sleep as much as possible
don't walk around if i can help it
don't hang out outside of school
drink hot tea
i get horrible cravings for hot fudge brownies, barbecue potato chips (lays or jays), oreos, peanut butter mixed with sugar, and basically anything and everything unhealthy. so tasty...gonna go get some chips now.
but, this is where i'm different than other people. when i'm PMS'ing, i don't get cranky. i get really depressed. which is unfortunate when your birthday falls in that same time...but my friends have seriously said they can NEVER tell when i'm pmsing because i act no different, because i go all weepy in private.
good luck with the assignment.

No! They already whine approximately elementary issues what makes you think of they'd cope with PMS. lol I choose they'd have a style at what it would experience like, so as that they'd close up the subsequent time they say this is pms. this is like countless considered one of our attitudes is often directed in direction of PMS whilst fairly its no longer. Can a woman purely HAVE a foul DAY devoid of YOU adult males asserting that's frequently P_M_S?!!!! hahaha JEZ!. adult males think of in the previous you talk, heavily! ahahah

I drink tea and take an aspirin when I need to. I also eat few dairy products during this particular time. Sometimes if tea is not strong enough, I heat up a wash rag and place it over my stomach. I would use a heating pad if I can ever remember to buy one.

I handle it by accepting the fact that I feel like **** and basically take my bad mood out on my husband. Just basically stay clear! Thought it would go away by the time the hot flashes started , but no such luck!

The only hard things is that if you get ur period in the middle of a class its really embarising trying to explain to the teacher why you have to go to the bathroom and especially if its a guy teacher.

I don't handle PMS, PMS handles me unfortunately. It's nothing but backaches, sore breasts, nausea, mood swings, and sometimes even vomiting. I just try to deal with the symptoms.

I do not get it often. And if I do, I take a Tylenol and tough it out. Life doesn't stop for a week so you can be comfortable.

I drink hot tea and I remind myself (often) that the people around me are not trying to drive me crazy, it's the PMS that is driving me crazy.
