I mean.....the one by post or in the embassies from the lebanese pple living abroad . I Know that it doesnt exist nowadays......but...what do you think about it??

I totally agree with Chloe's thought. Pple living abroad and going to Lebanon once or twice a year, couldnt modify the conditions of lebanese residents, that are living and suffering day after day in the country. The reallity for both of them is totally different.

It would take a lot of planning and preparing...
But how would the 14 million ppl lebanese living abroad decide how the 4 millions in lebanon have to live?! They don't know what it is like in Lebanon itself... they're mostly watching what's happening on the tv.. on news channels..

I don't think Lebanon is ready for this big step...the gov can barely control the votes on its land, it would be difficult with everyone living abroad voting like this
