i need help thinking of a science fair topic.i want something that will b easy n still considered at least at a10th grade level.please help

when i was in the science fair i did a project on chromatography. Take 4 different sample of red (marker, strawberries, flowers ect) on pieces of chromatography paper and put the bottom of the strip of paper in water and wait for the water to climb it separates the colors. I got it out of a book you may have to find online because i don't remember enough details for you sorry. But it was really cool. I recieved solid A's on it.
