It is like a football team down by 6
It is late in the game and you are out of timeouts
It is 4th and goal and inches away from victory
But you are stopped at the goal line and you lose the game

Yup, when I am with people I know yet I dont feel safe and welcome there, I feel like I am on my own in the world. And yes, it is frustrating.
