I had implants and breast lift 3 days ago and I am feeling ok. Just when I touch my boobs I feel they are hard. Is this natural because of silicones or is this what you call 'breast hardening'? Is it dangerous?

Call and talk to your PS, who you are paying good money to take care of you!
I'd think it is just the swelling that you usually have after surgery.
If you are very worried call up your PS and ask.

You need to ask your plastic surgeon. There's no way anyone here can tell you what's going on. Having sacs of silicone inserted into your flesh isn't natural, period.

Actually, this could ne normal, or because of the implants
