I dont think of there is any legitament explanation for anybody to hate Cena, human beings will disagree with the failings he does and the failings he says. I don't hate Cena, I just hate how he has been pushed. He got a Hogan-esque mega push which is never a good technique to use to get over with the true diehard wrestling fans of today. He hardly loses, and has promos that are juvenile at best. His gimmick, as you mentioned above, is also a poor choice.
