Remove any side trim panels below the headliner, visors, dome light, etc...headliner board should just have a few clips holding it up from there---pry it down a little to find the clips but don't break it....remove and reinstall in reverse order. The fabric covering the headliner board can be removed, scrape off any residue to get it smooth, get some 3M spray trim adhesive from a parts store, spray the new fabric and headliner board well, wait till it's tacky and apply the fabric to the board smoothing out any wrinkles, let it dry and trim as necessary.
