It depends on what you mean by "crust". If you mean the entire bread part of the pizza, and not just the rim, then we could say the crust spans the area of a circle. So take the area of a circle with a 12" diameter, and subtract the amount you get from a 10" diameter.
A = π r^2
Difference is π(12/2)^2 - π(10/2)^2 = ...etc.

Circumf = 2 * pi * r = D * pi
Thus with a large pizza of diameter 12 in,
C = 12 * pi
and a small pizza of diameter 10 in,
c = 10 * pi,
the difference would be
C - c = 12 pi - 10 pi
or 2 pi.

Diameter = 2*radius ; Radius = (1/2)*diameter
Area of circle = pi * radius^2 = pi*r^2 square inches
Medium pizza = pi*6^2 = 36*pi square inches
Small pizza = pi*5^2 = 25*pi square inches
Medium - Small = 36*pi - 25*pi = 11*pi square inches
Approximately 34.54 square inches

circumference = pi * D
12pi/10pi = 1.2 * pi
You get 20% more crust.
The smaller pizza gives you a crust of 31.4 inches. The larger pizza gives you a crust of 37.7 inches. That's 6.3 more inches of crust.

Assume that "how much more crust" means "what is the circumference difference" & use the formula for circumference of a circle:
C=pi*d
You can figure out the rest.

The circumference of a circle is Pi times diameter
So the medium pizza has a circumference (crust) of 3.14 * 12 = 37.68 inches around.
the small pizza has a circumference of 3.14 * 10 = 31.4 inches.
So you get 6.28 inches more of crust!
MMMM!

Depends on how much crust is on a standard pizza....
This could be variable.
