My birthday has never fallen on a Holiday but it has been the first day of school a couple times and it has always been during the first week of school.
* Every school year started in August for me.

No. Well, maybe on a Jewish holiday (but not on a day that is a holiday to me). Mine is 10 days before Christmas and that sucks. My husband's falls on a holiday ever year - New Years Eve.
