Do I have these properly named?

BF3 = boron trifluoride
AgCl = Gold (I) Chloride
PbBr4 = Lead (iv) bromide

BF3 is right
AgCl = Silver chloride
not sure about the last one

Silver chloride, not gold!

No oxidation state necessary with silver.
(Unless you meant to write AuCl - gold(I) chloride).

The others are correct.
