I like the winey stuff :], such as Alesana or Chiodos. I dont like the to hardcore when allll of it is screaming, I like singing and some screaming. please dont list any metal, unless they sound like Bullet For My Valentine :]

Did you try Coheed and Cambria, or Thursday? They seem to be having some success. Also, I personally really like Juliana Theory, Death Cab for Cutie and Taking back Sunday. They're pretty good, in my opinion, you should give them a try. I think they match your criteria.
