I like this guy in my class but he has a girl friend. and today I saw a picture of them together and he looks so happy with her and thats how I want him to be, happy. So i need to find a way to stop likeing him so we both can be happy, he can stay with her and I wont hurt anymore,last night i only slept from 12am-3am because I was scared to go back to sleep because I had a dream about him and I didn't want to have another...how do I stop likeing him....I need to stop likeing him,I really like him....and I want him to be happy and she makes him happy,... please help me......please......

There must be other guys that you are attracted to.
Direct your attention to other guys. If anything at all make guy friends.
Hang out with your girl friends more often. Do anything to get this guy off your mind.
Write in a journal and let out your feelings. Tell the guy good bye in your journal. That way you may get some closure, in your head.
Keeping busy is the only way.
