Its 96 Cadillac Deville. Any help??????????

Criminals do it all the time. Please don't try to drive that car the steering lock might not have been disabled fully and sure it was not properly started and the steering might lock up and the crash will happen. Many steering coloum specialists will come out to where the car is and fix the lock and tilt coloum before you drive off and wreck.

you have to wire in a resister into the antitheif system, that matches the pellet of the key!!! The only reason i know this is because Im sitting next to a mechainc of 30 years!!!

why bother to start it...if the columns broken you wont be able to drive it...or do you mean the column lock?
