It isn't all that good (at least what I saw of it), but Blood and Chocolate (were-wolf) is PG-13

Skinwalkers is about werewolves and I think it's PG-13

...apparently, you didn't get a chance to see the campy classic, from 1986, called "The Monster Squad", which recently saw release on DVD; we're talking PG-13, here!!!
