For me, Porcupine Tree. It's one of my favorite bands and Steven Wilson is just amazing.
If you don't already listen to them, you have to try them. I suggest Mellatron Scratch, Buying New Soul and Russia On Ice.

Currently on tour: Genesis by far. They're still keeping the prog soundscapes of the seventies... Then i could mention roger waters, marillion and Jethro Tull. Those are the best bands and solo acts currently on tour.
