You mean, can I tell time with an analog watch? Yes. I wear one every day. If you can count by 5s you can learn how do so. If you're asking about how to find the time without using any kind of clock or watch, sure. You could use a sundial. I've heard of other methods where you can use the moon or stars.

You can tell time with an analog watch. Or if you are experienced you can tell the time with an estimation of plus or minus 10 minutes just by looking at the Sun's position at the sky
or, if night, looking at the stars.

no, i suck at telling time, well... i lied, i can tell time on a regular clock, but it takes me like, 3 mins. Trust me, i know what you are going through. whenever i ask what time it is my mom just holds up her watch for me to read it.

yes i can, but slowly. i had to teach my self. i like the ditial better because i can see it better far away, so i know how much time i can stall :D
