I don't know but today I have walked 623 steps up to now (9.45 pm) which is quite a record for me! You may not be impressed until I tell you that 4 weeks ago I had a hip and knee replaced at the same time. Prior to the surgery I used to be in a wheelchair and if I managed a dozen steps all day I was lucky! I also have managed to walk with 2 sticks instead of my zimmer! Wait until November when they do my other leg, I will probably be able to do the London marathon next year, lol:-D
