You have two relative abundances x and 1-x. Let's say the abundance of the 68.926 is x.

Then 68.926x + 70.925 (1-x) = 69.72

Then you just solve for x and change it to a %.

(68.926 - 70.925)x = 69.72 - 70.925

x = (69.72 - 70.925)/(68.926 - 70.925)

Solve: (68.926 x a) + (70.925 x b) = 69.72

and

a + b = 100

There - 2 simultaneous equations, and two unknowns.
