It's a freedom of speech issue. Also, singing is not the same as a confession. Performance/entertainment cannot be considered a confession or many actors would be jailed and killed.

Rappers dont actually do the drugs they are claiming to do on the sets of their music videos.They're just acting with props. And you can say whatever you want in this country. Doesn't make it true.

Its all about the rap game. You see many rappers may talk about it but they dont do it. There are alot of rappers who do drugs and etc. Its all about business thats why they dont get in trouble its showbiz.

Many rapper can just say it and not even do it, its just to sound or look cool plus there is no evidence that they have possesion of the drug.
