I am very enthusiatic in starting my own business. Even though it has been tested and I am sure it will work, somehow I am very afraid to actually start it.. I don't know why is that since this is my dream and I really want this to work. I know I won't be happy it I won't see myself doing that. Why do I keep postponing that and.. looking for reasons not to start working?

If you have done all the research, know both pros and cons, and it's your dream, then prepare yourself to work harder than you have ever worked in your life and give your all to it. Anytime you step out in unknown territory, it's scary. Few people are exempt from that. And there are no guarantees in life about anything for anyone, but if you won't be happy until you try it out, then find a place to take the first step and take it.
What's the worst that can happen? You can fail. If you do, you will just be back where you started and will have to go from there. You can only live now, not the future until you get there, so take a deep breath and step out. I wish you great success in making your dream a reality.

Because starting a business can really be scary for a lot of reasons:

- it's your money
- it's your idea
- it's your call

To ease the fears, it may help you if you could talk with a small business expert or free mentors to give you ideas on how to make your dream of starting a business. Here are some places where you can find a mentor:

- Government Mentoring Programs such as SBDCs, which works with community colleges and local business development councils to offer mentoring programs http://www.sba.gov/sbdc/sbdcnear.html ; or the Women's Network for Entrepreneurial Training http://www.sba.gov/womeninbusiness/wnet_roundtables.html
- Volunteer programs such as SCORE http://www.score.org which is composed of mostly retired executives and entrepreneurs
- Formal mentoring programs such as Athena Foundation http://www.athenafoundation.org/programs/globallinks.html , Helzberg Entrepreneurial Mentoring Program http://www.helzbergmentoring.org/HEMP/ , or The Aspen Institute MicroMentor Program http://www.micromentor.org
- Professional organizations such as the National Women’s Business Council http://www.nwbc.gov/Mentoring/programs.html
- Industry and trade associations
- Local business groups, such as the chamber of commerce
- Local chapters of business groups

Wait to verify who wins in November. It if is Obama, that's in all threat, carry off your organization making plans. Wait a minimum of six months to verify how the recent regulations and regulations would effect your proposed company layout. bear in mind, Obama detests unfastened company and believes that inner maximum company is inherently evil, and desires to be limited and controlled.

Can you start in on it part time?

Fear can hold you back, and they do say 'don't quit your day job' which has a lot of merit!!!

Take small steps first, start going in with solid first steps without jumping in full bore.

your letting fear govern you. what's the worst that can happen? debt? big deal, since credit cards are a dime a dozen, debt is WAY easier to get out of. think of the benefits of owning your own business that's successful.

FEAR
of either being succesfull or failing! if it means that much to you then your msot likely scared to fail at it leaving your dream to turn out sour!
However we all fail and with a business you can allways fix your mistakes! so don't worry
