I have this Router:

Is it possible to set this router up to repeat the signal from another router that is receiving the DSL internet signal?

if so, how do i do that?

This unit is not designed to do what you are asking.

You can run a wired connection to it from the original router and use it as a second Wirreless Access Point if you wish.

You can't use 2 routers on the same connection,. they cause conflict. They are not repeaters. You need a wireless range extender.
