Well, the think I DON'T want to hear is "how natural" I look!!! :O)))))

Actually I won't have an open casket except to my family. And my family's all that matters to me anyway.

I might like to hear somebody I know say I was a nice person.

She wore her heart on her sleeve, she really cared about her community, friends and especially her children.

She was hysterically funny, she could make you laugh anytime you needed it She could make you laugh at an intense moment just to break the tension so you could relax
She gave great hugs and meant it.
She was smart, she was a good friend and generous. No one was ever hungry if she knew you needed food, she gave it to you, she started the "Pantry" here in this community!

She had been with Red Cross since 1992, MADD since 1994, RSVP 2005

I intend to enjoy my family and friends while I'm among the living. I want them to talk to me now. Tell and retell those funny stories. Give me compliments. Fuss at me a little. Who cares what they say about me after I'm dead! I will be in heaven and beyond earthly cares.

What's that old saying? Something like, "Give roses to the living." That's my feelings on the subject.

I can imagine it all now. The one in front will turn to the one behind her and say, "You remember that time she ..." and they'll both burst out laughing.

Someone else will want to know what's going on, and pretty soon they'll all be laughing about the time I ...

Jiminy Crickets. Can't a body EVER live down an embarrassing moment or six?

Those aren't the things I wanted them to say at all!

There won't be a casket for me by choice. But to answer your question I don't want to be remembered. Death cancels everything out. All the good as well as the negative.

First of all, there won't be a casket, Cremation- Crispy through & through.
Just add her to the mulch pile folks.
But I do know what folks will say cause they say it already:
"Dam-, I wish she had written that book on her life!"
"Yup! But who would have believed it?"
