You have to vote her into office if you want it, that's the catch. See, if she tries to pass it now and fails, she'll blow her load and some of her chance to be president. If she tries to pass it now and succeeds, the program will bomb so bad that she'll blow her load and her chances of being president. It's a lose-lose unless she waits till she wins.

This question reveals someone who is woefully uninformed. Passing a Health Care bill with a President who would veto it or tack a Signing Statement onto it would be an exercise in futility.
And that is if such a bill would pass the Senate in the first place, because the Senate requires 60 votes for any bill to pass. There are only 51 Democrats to pass any bill, an impossibility because the Republican Senators stick like glue to this marvelous Bush agenda, which has killed about 4,000 of us, maimed another 12,000 of us, impoverished millions of us, put us in debt for billions and billions of dollars, and promises more of the same.
How can anyone debating politics ask why Hillary Clinton doesn't introduce her health care plan? She can only do that when the Corruption is at least partially weeded out of Congress and she is President. Only then will she have the power to introduce this plan....and only then will the newly-elected Democratic and Independent Congress pass it!

Because it would show the facade, or 'false front' of her campaign.
It's an old and tried...or perhaps 'tired'...Clinton method of operation to pander to the middle, promising many things during the campaign and deliver nothing once you're elected with the excuse, "Well, other factors have come to light..." While it's tantamount to saying, "I was ignorant of reality or simply lying while I ran for this position." they know that the public will have four years to forget their promises and lies.
Notice I said 'lies', because that's just what they are. Compare this to Bush. You may not like him or agree with him, but for better or worse, he always worked hard to deliver on what he promised. Clintons never do.

There is a very good reason why she cannot introduce her bill to the Senate now, or ever. If it s a bill that generates revenue, it cannot originate from the Senate, it must originate from the House of Representatives.

Because it will go the way of her and Bills health care reform that they run on in 92 and 96 into the toilet. They had a chance to fix the health care system and in 8 years did nothing...... no we are to believe this time, they can get it done, not buying it. They had their chance and failed, but she knows it is a hot topic and that Americans will fall for it a third time.....

Watch it folks!!! Big government 'requires'......... You're required to do this, do that, do this, do that! And for government to 'offer' you these 'deals' YOU have to pay for them with your taxes!!! She is taking money right out of your pocket!!! Forget taking from the rich to give to the poor. Hillary's plan is aimed right at YOU!!!!! Just open your billfold, she'll pick out what she needs. Mercy!!!!

Why can't it be introduced into the senate right now.?
It would require a lot of leadership, it would take time away from her quest to run for predident, but it could be done.
Sure, she would run into opposition, but if she believed in it and could persuade others to believe in it, it could be done.
Oh,that's right. It would take time away froim her presidential campaign.

Every other gov't of every other developed nation in the world can do it without a VeriChip. So can we.
Your doctor would have access to your health information as stipulated by the all ready in place HIPAA rules.
