It wasn't just that she was supposedly the main architect, it was how she and her troupe executed the drive for nationalized healthcare. Yes, that fiasco, in it's entirety, should be a sober warning to what we battered middle-classers would be facing if 'that woman' become President of The United States.
We must do whatever we legally can to prevent that from happening. I fear for the future of the United States.

Do you seriously believe the plan she would propose would be word for word exactly the same as the other one? Do you think that people learn something in 12 years? Is it possible too that one of the reasons her healthcare suggestion didn't pass before was that the neocon controlled Congress would have nothing to do with it? They wouldn't even listen to what was in it. They automatically made incorrect assumptions about it. In case you have forgotten as most Cons seem to have done for obvious reasons these days, Congress not the President make the laws. If she proposes a plan I'll bet that even with a Congress controlled by the Democrats it will be greatly modified by the time it gets back to her for signature. That is how it works. But than again those who favor a dictatorship don't understand that do they?

That's one failed plan, and guess what? Every president has at least one, lucky if they have that few. The point you should be making is that it was a failure because she simply stopped supporting it. This was due to her pandering to various health providers that paid her off. Hillary has made that mistake in the past, and that mistake is something that I believe will affect her in office.

The country would be so much better off if it had adopted Mrs. Clinton's health care plan. The most expensive advertising campaign in history stirred up the public against it, so now we get to pay the highest cost by far in the world for health care and almost a fourth of the population isn't covered at all and those who are covered often get screwed when their insurance companies deny claims. And we get to pay half a trillion dollars more for the senior drug benefit than we should be paying. Fine. There is justice. One of the actors in that advertising campaign got sick. His insurance company dropped him. He died. Ha ha. Figure it out. FAST. It could happen to you. Actually, it probably will.

As much as I dislike Hillary and her plan, I must confess that failing once is no indication she will do so again. In fact, since she failed once, the knowledge she (hopefully) gained will prevent her from failing a second time. Failure is not a bad thing. Failure without learning lessons is.

Failures are a part of life. They can be a great way to learn and you can never fully avoid them. I don't think it has anything to do with her running for the Presidency. She is not my favorite candidate by any means. I like Dennis Kucinich. He is a man for the people that I believe we desperately need. But I prefer Hillary over any of the Republican candidates except for maybe Ron Paul.

Anyone voting for her is a lost cause along with her. I can't believe She was voted into the Senate. It shows you how many people out there have no brains of their own.

it failed because the Republican congress did not approve it
also, Hillary would not just be working on healthcare. In fact, if current trends in Congress are right, no one will be working on healthcare, instead they will argue over stupid issues.
