if scott niedermeyer comes back the ducks are under the cap, they would go over the cap if both teemu and scott came back and would have to make additional roster moves to accomadate teemu's salary demands

I haven't heard that, and the Ducks cap situation IF Scott comes precludes them from signing Selanne for what he's worth (as per the CBA)
So, a highly unlikely scenario unless they have somebody in mind to accept Bryzgalov's salary

no i didnt hear that but i dont doubt it because Drury said before Free Agency that he would stay in Buffalo if the Sabres resigned Briere and obviously Briere didnt stay and neither did Drury
Drury was only going to stay in Buffalo if Briere did
they formed a friendship and i am sure that is what Teemu and Scott did
