McNabb is Highly overrated, there is no way one wide reciever could mean that much to a team. His team went from supbowl contenders to chumps the next season. They are in a sorry NFC and I doubt they will make it to the playoffs. Tell me why you like or dislike McNabb and the Philidelphia Sissies, i mean Eagles.

they play in a weak nfc so they will probably still make the playoffs, but i grew up a 9er fan. Im rootin for McNair this year tho, i want him to win a ring before he retires. Im more of a college fan that NFL for your info.

as an ex Philly resident i agree that McStrapp is highly overrated as well as big time over paid. the Eagles should have kept McStrapp on the bench and should have gave Garcia a nice contract to keep him in Philly.

there was a joke that went around a couple of years ago:

Did you hear McDonald's came out with a new sandwich called the McNabb? after you pay for it the cashier either throws it at your feet or to the person behind you in line.

As a Philly fan, I will even agree with you that McNabb has been overrated, not highly overrated, but overrated nonetheless. The fact that 13 of the Packers points last week came off of turnovers at least says that there defense looks sharp (the Pack at one point had a drive of -1 yards and a field goal). I still think that with Andy Reid not calling the plays anymore the offense will do much better. I definitely think they will make the playoffs and probably still win the division (though my opinion could quickly change after tonight). I certainly hope you aren't touting the Falcons are a better team with or without Vick at the helm ... speaking of overrated.

McNabb hits all the receivers, though they aren't the athlete Owens is. Plus he doesn't have a smashmouth defense or run game to help.

McNabb is a good athlete, just not the smartest. His 3:35 two-minute drill during crunch time in the Super Bowl is proof positive. However, I think there's teams that are in much sorrier QB shape (KC, MIN, MIA, JAX) that would jump at the chance to have Donovan play right now.

I see you were too wimpy to actually name your team. They MUST suck worse than Philly.

well, mcnabb is over-rated, but he's not that bad, they're o-line is pathetic, and they have no receivers, and i can't believe all these predictions and criticsms just after week 2, its a little early
