We all go through cycles like this. Try to find new things to do and go. Variety is the spice of life.

There are a lot of people who use self-talk to handle what is going on inside their minds. When self-talk is not monitored cautiously it can lead to drastic effects not only on one’s personality but also affects its mentality and psychology. Self-talk is a type of conversation which we conduct with ourselves. In literature we call it soliloquy. Brain’s reticular activating system never forgets what we repeat again and again. Ironically this system can not recognize what is beneficial to the individual and what is not. Think you can, think you can't; either way, you'll be right- a saying goes like this. Therefore when ever we ‘talk’ with ourselves, we should be cautious, very cautious in fact. There are a lot of audio programs which can help and there are a lot of online books. If I recall there is a book ‘self-talk solutions’ which is every effective in this scenario.

yeah i get like this
i think some people just like and need change to stay motivated... while others don't get bored with their usual routine
going to london to see my best friend (which doesn't happen very often), often sorts me out because its great to see her, we always have a great time and a very different time, as in get into trouble and do very stupid things! (drink drugs etc) which i don't usually do with my mates here. going abroad with my dad helps for a change in the cycle, just some relaxing time, where i'm not always cold! going to my grandmas (although i dislike her) is a nice break for me, chilling out and i get to see my cousins who i see rarely and just catch up. also a long phone call to my best mate can motivate me to be more happy again, i guess i've just known her for so long and she is the person most like me yet we have very different lifestyles, so basically she keeps me sane! although recently i have been extremely bored with my school, but only another half a year then i'm leaving to college, the reason for that as opposed to staying on at 6th form is change mainly, but also has something to do with meeting new people (guys mostly). which, i know is a stupid reason for my decision. but whatever keeps you happy right?

Doing the same thing with the same people over and over and over again can drive a person insane. Not the strict definition. after a while of doing that I can feel myself crawling out of my own skin and I can't stand any of it.
