I can not think of any logical answer, unfortanatly, and I know the problem is possible to work out. Do I just have to change the variables to any number i'd like to?

The only way I could think to solve this would be to draw a line (y=3x-2) so your slope would be 3 and your y-intercept -2, and then shade everything below it...because anything below that line will make that an accurate inequality.

On a coordinate system find the points (0,-2) and (2/3,0).
Now draw a dashed line through these two points, extending it in both directions as far as you wish.
Now shade the area below the line. Any point lying in the shaded area (but not on the dashed line) satisfies the inequality.
