It's not "most fastest". It's "fastest", without "most".
And what does speed really have to do with expense? Not everything.
Get a mid-price-range car that you can tear up, then take the governor out. that'll get you to at least 150 or 160, and it'll be a blast!
Other than that, I'd suggest one of those snooty Italian things.
