When people are both rich and famous, they usually get off almost any charge, including a double decapitation. OJ is loaded and lives in a multi million dollar luxury house in Miami and lives off his NFL pension which is about a million or more a year.
"Afterward, Simpson successfully challenged paying the award and lives well today on a hefty pension plan. He draws $25,000 a month on the $4 million pension set up when the former pro football star, actor and ad pitchman was making millions."

The criminal justice system figures this may be their only chance to have OJ in jail. They all know his lawyer is going to play the judge and jury with another race card deal.
Case close.
He walks again!

I can't say he will win his case or not. I just think it's strange the the accomplice that had a gun was released without needing to post bail and OJ.....who had no weapon.....is being held without bail.

Nope. O.J. got off the first time because good money buys a good defense. He is broke as hell this time and that's why he's in this jam in the first place.

Probably. Face it, there were plenty of witnesses, but none of them can be regarded in any way as reliable.
