Yes,30,male,38,currently tapering. Down in two years from 60 per day for almost 20 years. My goal for this coming year is 20,then the year after i switch to Nicorette. I've known too many people who developed the big C after quitting abruptly.

I've not smoked cigarettes since I was 17, and only tried to quit once, and was successful. Now for the hard part . . .I smoked weed since I was 14, right up until about 6 weeks ago, tried to quit several times, but finally have now quit for good. I'm 30, and obviously of the female gender! Now please answer my Question, thanks,

No I don't smoke. But my uncle, my grandfather, my father, and my 16-year-old cousin all smoke. I don't know how many times they've tried to quit, though. I really don't think they will ever quit.

I am a social smoker, meaning that I smoke when I'm drunk. However, that rarely happens now.
