Well the only con would be getting your picture taken while getting out of a car...example Britney, Lindsay or Paris...The pro is no panty lines

If you go commando while wearing tight pants, doing it could cause skin irritation.
If you don't want visible panty lines, wear thongs.:)

There are no pros in my opinion unless you have some sort of issue and your doctor recommends. I don't know why anyone does this. It's just disgusting.
