What does Retin-A (trentinoin cream) do for your skin?

What are the pros and cons? i have a couple of acne indentations on my face. one on my cheek and one along my jawline. It is small but will retin a help it?

I use this and it clears up my skin. A con is that my skin looks worse before it gets better. My skin will break out like crazy first then will clear up and be very smooth. Gotta go thru hell first though.

it does not get rid of acne scars or identations. but it will help clear up your skin by drying it out and reducing the occurance of pimples. I cannot use it because it is too harsh for my sensitive skin. It burns me.
