called me stupid even though I didn't give my position either way, I just wanted to know what others thought.

He said: "It's false. I'd explain it, but I doubt someone as stupid as you would understand"

Well, what is wrong with the guy is he's got issues (you're at level 4 -- you should be aware of this type by now -- I still get it a lot or answers to questions I don't ask).....really stupid -- remember, there are a lot of immature kids on here too....just ignore them. No one else pays attention to them. They just think they're being "cute" but they aren't. As far as what the bumper sticker means, would be like Ford, Chevrolet, etc......big corporations and there are people bashing big corporations for good reasons because of their CEOs taking money, etc. Don't worry about the A*S*S*E*S on here....Laugh it off.

Now THAT ANSWERER was really an idiot! There is a wide range of possible come-backs to such a bumper sticker, but that idiot doesn't deserve any consideration at all. Don't feel insulted. I am no longer surprised at how many idiots, and @$$holes there are on Y!A on any given day.

Personally, I can think of many other better statements to make that cover a wide range of viewpoints. All of your other answerers all had a valid point to make, and did so politely, and your response was appropriate also. Best Wishes...

well I haven't seen this, but consider:
Henry Ford developed automotive technology by having an inspired idea
today, computers, internet technology, and the like were developed with university research projects, not big corporations
anyhow, Ford had a responsible company which gave its workers salaries high enough that they could actually purchase the Model T if they saved. Because there were other companies willing to compete with him, the car industry got safer, more efficient, and so forth. If industry weren't regulated, cars would be as dangerous to us and the environment as they were years ago, running on leaded gasoline and having no air bags or seatbelts.

Nothing wrong with your question, or the way you sought out opinions. There are some in Y!A who don't have any sense of humor, and they only crave hard core debate. Enjoy the site, don't let other's wreck the experience for you.

Obviously he has issues with his own intelligence don't let it bother you. Looking at the question most answered with a true or false just expect it sometimes you need to be more specific with the question to get the answer you are looking for but that in no way means you are dumb

I only ever get a 50% response to my questions. Either people don't have reading comprehensions skills, or they'd rather spout their views that aren't necesarily related to the Q....just ignore him.

Perhaps he thinks riding a horse is an option

He probably has something against huge corporations and thinks you sympathize with them. Whether you do or not is none of his business.

He jumped to conclusions he shouldn't have. You didn't give your opinion either way...either his comprehension is low or you hit a nerve.

Whatever.
