Wolf 359 (Star System)?

What is the layout of the Wolf system? Planet's/Moons/Astroid belts? and do any of them have names and what kind of planets are they?

Other than fictional references (most notably in the series "Star Trek: The Next Generation"), I can find no factual references to any planetary system existing around this star, whose only significance seems to be its proximity to earth.
