No, because if they did, breast implants wouldn't be needed.

You usually get female hormones when you are going through your change of live, or if you have a hormone imbalance in your body. But they never did a thing for my breast, they are still the same size & I took estrogen replacement therapy for years.

no they will not. breast size is determined primarily by genetic code. Without surgery they only way to increase breast size is by gaining a good deal of weight.
