It's the instinct of many people to help out others, women just also have the whole of society training them as well.

Yes, most women know how to mother and nurture. Women love to much and think if they love a man enough it will make him change and give them what they want. That is how women try to control the man, because they lack self esteem amd confidence. They like men to depend on them to meet their needs, so that it makes the woman feel as though she has a place because she is needed.

you are right. it's an instinct, not a duty. and only towards men that women love.

I would argue, perhaps without foundation, that it is everybody's instinct to help those that they care about succeed and be happy. Male or female.

And if it isn't, maybe it ought to be. Ayn Rand might disagree, though.
