it all depends on what size you are.
if you still are in girls sizes:
limited too
old navy
gap
department stores like kohls, jcp, macy's, ect.
if you're in juniors sizing, try:
aero
ae
wet seal
forever 21
old navy
department stores
(i try and avoid abercrombie & hollister cuz they are expensive and their clothes dont hold up well. everything i bought there has a hole in it)

Try Target. My sister is 11 years old, and she's very picky with clothes. But she'll wear a lot of things from Target.
Also try out Old Navy, and maybe Wet Seal.

Justice, Kohls, Target, JCPenney... Basically any place. No Hollister or Abercrombie. Those are bad stores with porn ads.

Ok alot of 11-12 year olds wear Abercrombie & Fitch, Hollister, Aeropastel, or American Eagle,
If your looking for expensive clothes go to Hollister or Abercrombie & Fitch
But if your looking for moderate prices go to Aeropastel or American Eagle
