A lady about 30 was struggling with her young son in the mall yesterday. He was so damn bad! Anyway, he was kicking and screaming and turning all red in the face. She was so embarrassed and frustrated. I was thinking to myself, "that's sad."

Finally she snatches him up and takes him to the side and whispers, "Nicholas, you're gonna get it young man!...'Cuz you're not "bein' have"!"

I paused for a second. Then I burst out laughing. Being "have"? I guess she meant "behaving". But I'm sure little Nick doesn't know that. Poor guy's grammar and syntax is going to be all screwed up.

Your thoughts....
