After WATCHING an hour-long exercise period involving everything from bar bells, stretch ropes and aerobics in which a group of OLD women were doing their twice weekly workout, I asked one of them, who was mopping her perspiration at the end of the class, if she felt better than she had when she came in or was she exhausted. She said yes, she did feel better, was not exhausted and now was headed for a yoga class. And she was in her 60's or 70's.... I had been watching while considering whether I wanted to get involved in the program. I'm still not sure.

I feel worn out. If I exercised more regularly I'd probably feel energized.

Energized. If you were to feel worn out, then you are either overdoing yourself or you have a health problem.

I feel as though I have asthma after a workout...but that is probably because I only workout once every 3-4 months when I feel self-conscious about my weight lol
