You don't need to use anything (internally). Your body naturally cleanses itself. However, you do want to keep your outside "shop" clean. This is going to sound pretty graphic, but when you are cleaning yourself, you have to make sure that you raise your little flap (on your...you know...your spot). That is where a lot of odor can come from. I believe that FDS makes a soap now that is specifically made to clean your vaginal area. I have always just used whatever soap smells the best (to me), but since you are sensitive, then maybe you should stick with the soap made for that. Also, maybe try Neutrogena. I think they make a soap for sensitive skin. Also, I use a wash rag to clean instead of a pouf (for down there only). I use a pouf everywhere else. I feel that a wash rag gets all of the crevices better.

Hope this helps.

You should never douche (Even if it is just water), because douching throws off your's vagina's PH, plus it gets rid of all the good bacteria and thus allows bad bacteris to take root. The vagina is self-cleansing (that's why women have discharge)

Breaking out alot could be a sign of a sensistivity to your laundry detergent, soap, etc.

Yeah, I cant use anything besides water. Even the 3 or 4 times I've had a yeast infection, I can only take Diflucan, because the gels and whatnot really burn my sensitive skin. I bought a travel douche bag from Rite Aid drug store, and just fill with plain warm water, to rinse out after my periods. It doesnt cause irritation, and I've never bothered my bacterial flora in my vagina.

No, don't douche it takes away your natural chemicals that keep your body healthy! Go see a doctor if you are breaking out there that may need special cream.

douching is awful for women, it changes the PH in your body and you can be prone to yeast infections. If you are breaking out, try changing your soap to a sensitive formula.

Don't douche - it flushes out essential fluids and things like that in the vagina. Most women don't douche - why do you feel you should? If you feel you have a problem, see a doctor.

Well it's bad if you misuse it. How often do you plan on using it?

Once a month is more than enough
