The issue is that the 'fairness doctrine' is only to be applied to media not controlled by Democrat political opinions.

It should be the Unfairness doctrine. It was a goofy FCC idea that forced radio stations to give equal time on political topics.
Conservative radio talk shows are doing very well with ratings. Liberal talk shows routinely fail. Radio is free enterprise and should not be over-regulated by any government agency.
